One customer record across six systems

Storefront, ERP, helpdesk, email, loyalty, and warehouse each held a different version of the customer. We built the integration layer that reconciled them.

The Challenge

Support agents could not see order history, marketing emailed customers about items they had already returned, and finance and the storefront disagreed on revenue every month.

What We Built

Mapped every system, field, and existing point-to-point sync, including the three nobody had documented.

Defined a canonical customer and order schema, then mapped each system to it instead of to each other.

Built the integration layer with idempotent writes and nightly reconciliation that reports mismatches.

Merged eighteen thousand duplicate records with a reversible, reviewed migration.

The Result

Support opens one screen and sees the full history. Finance and the storefront reconcile automatically, and vendor API changes are now handled in a single mapping layer.

Logistics

From 400 manual order entries a day to zero

A third-party logistics operator was rekeying every customer order from email and portals into its warehouse system. We replaced the whole path with a monitored ingestion pipeline.

Eleven clinics each ran their own rota spreadsheet. We built a single scheduling platform with the compliance rules encoded, not remembered.
